Advect Process Systems Canada Ltd.(Formerly Tflon Process Systems Canada Ltd) extensively focuses on manufacturing, supplying, and/ or exporting PTFE lined products such as pipes, valves, sight glass, and many more. PTFE lining can be processed by technologies such as paste extrusion, ram extrusion, compression molding, and injection molding. Each process has its own uses and applications. Our all-PTFE lined products have a venting system with generally 4-5 mm holes in steel pipe. Having an efficient venting system helps in the emission of trapped gases as the same can expand with an increase in temperature leading to collapse. Secondly, if there is any leakage it can be noticed early on and catastrophe can be avoided.
Paste extrusion is used in the production of pipelining, short curved, and reducing pieces of pipe fittings. It is one of the most reliable PTFE production processes which provides the smoothest surface, best mechanical performance, and highest permeation resistance. We have own manufacturing facility in Vadodara - India, our production facility is in line with international standards and ISO 9001 certified. Facility handles most of the production process inhouse including fabrication, machining, paste extrusion, injection moulding, lining assembly testing and packaging. Our various stages of production controls traceability of all the products manufactured and supplied to various customers across the world.
Our production set up and facility follows steps of ASTM F 1545 testing standard with various ASME design and fabrication standards.

PTFE Lined Pipe
Our PTFE lined pipes range from 25mm to 600mm in diameter, reaching lengths up to 6000mm depending on diameter. They feature one fixed flange and one loose flange, with optional jacketing in various metals (Carbon steel, SS 304, SS 316). Special orders allow for optional metal pipe thickness (S10, S20, S40, S80). Standard flange thickness follows AISI standards, offering 150#, 300#, and DIN rotating flanges in diverse materials. Vent holes for leakage detection are standard, and our design aligns with ASTM F1545 international standards for plastic-lined pipes and fittings.

PTFE Lined Reducer & Reducing Flange
We offer standard PTFE/FEP/PFA lined flanges, reducers, and reducing flanges. Our reducers, available in concentric and eccentric types, are made of cast steel with PTFE/FEP lining and flanged end connections. These ensure smooth fluid flow in both horizontal and vertical lines. Our reducing flanges come in various configurations, designed to prevent clashes between small and large bore bolt holes, ensuring successful nut fitting.

PTFE Lined Sight Glass
PTFE Lined Double Window sight glass / Full view sight glass manufactured by ADVECT Process Systems Canada Ltd . stands out from its competitors as it has been crafted with utmost care and expertise during the production process. Double window sight glass is an assembly made up of two glasses on opposite sides of the fabricated body for spot inspection and viewing process parameters. However, Full view sight glass is used for monitoring flow in pipelines.
